Hello, I'm Timothy Ong, an architect (NCARB) consulting with companies both in the USA and Malaysia. Together with three designers, we’re yhrd—in short for Young Hardworking Design Studio. Who we are looking for
We are looking for Senior Architectural Technicians who are talented and passionate about their profession and working internationally. They will work closely with yhrd and other US clients for the duration of the work. We are seeking a graduate with a Degree or Master in Architecture, with 3 years of experience preferably.
Architectural Design and Drafting Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans based on project specifications
- Develop and manage BIM model (ArchiCAD) as required to achieve project objectives
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for construction purposes and delegate tasks to necessary staff members for successful delivery of drawings.
- Produce drawings used for coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in design and construction processes.
- Coordinate design with our international partners and designers
3D Rendering Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D model based on architectural designs, plans, finish and furniture specifications.
- Create moods and environments that match the client’s intended story.
- Develop and manage Rendering model as required to achieve project objectives
- Produce 3D renderings of progress, draft and final quality.
- Understand post-processing and develop renderings to achieve highest level of quality possible.
- Stay updated on ArchViz industry standards, and grow in proficiency in developing alternative Architectural Visualization devices.
- Coordinate renderings with our international partners and designers
